Money transfers have resumed to Ghana effectively immediately. Please email support@aidemoney.com with any questions.

We have temporarily suspended Ghana transactions as we upgrade the AiDEMONEY platform. Please rest assured that all transactions to Ghana that are currently on hold will be either completed or refunded within 48 hours. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and are working to re-enable Ghana money transfers as soon as possible.

An Important Update for Customers Based in New York, Pennsylvania and Michigan

The money remittance landscape is ever-evolving, and we’re dedicated to helping you navigate it safely and securely. Due to new regulations, AiDEMONEY’s platform is temporarily unavailable to customers based in New York, Michigan and Pennsylvania. This change is effective for both new and current AiDEMONEY customers as of 12:01 a.m. 4/22/22. If you need to send money to your loved ones and are based in one of these three states, please contact us at support@AiDEMONEY.com before initiating your transfer.

We are working hard to adapt to these new changes and expect to resume money transfers from these states in the coming months. We know that this will be an inconvenience for many of our customers. But please know that we are taking this step — and every other required safeguard — to ensure your money arrives quickly and securely to your loved ones in Africa.
